No. BooBoo Log has no backend, no account and no cloud sync. Every injury, photo, document and note lives in the app's own storage on your device and nowhere else.

Yes. The Home screen offers "Try with sample data", which adds a realistic set you can browse. It's additive and reversible — the "Sample data → Remove" card at the bottom of Home takes exactly those entries back out and leaves anything you added yourself alone.
To photograph an injury, to measure it with the depth sensor, and to build the body model for your anatomy map. All three stay on the device. Decline it and the rest of the app still works.
Because policy numbers and member IDs sit behind it. iOS performs the check; the app is only told whether it passed. If your device has no biometrics or passcode set up, there's nothing to lock against and the section opens normally.
The app doesn't sync anywhere itself, but its storage is included in your normal iPhone or iPad backup if you have backups enabled. If these records matter to you, keep backups on.
Yes — My Care can export a record as a PDF, which you can then send wherever you need it.
No. BooBoo Log is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't diagnose anything and it isn't a substitute for a clinician.
